Your challenge:
Tender preparation and order processing for our luminaires and lighting solutions of our brands XAL, Wever & Ducré and Wästberg
Contact person for our customers in terms of order handling and processing complaints
Support of our sales team and sales agents, regarding organisational as well as technical questions and quotations.
Close cooperation with key interfaces in the corporate headquarters in Austria and Belgium
Your talent:
Relevant education in a technical or economic field
Initial experience in a similar position (e.g. Customer Service, Sales Support, Operations Management)
Very good verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel), knowledge of ERP system
Interest in architecture and design
Proactive personality able to work independently in a dynamic business
