creative and goal-oriented doers who do not think out of the box, but got rid of the box. Are you ready to

Your challenge:

  • Tender preparation and order processing for our luminaires and lighting solutions of our brands XAL, Wever & Ducré and Wästberg

  • Contact person for our customers in terms of order handling and processing complaints

  • Support of our sales team and sales agents, regarding organisational as well as technical questions and quotations.

  • Close cooperation with key interfaces in the corporate headquarters in Austria and Belgium

Your talent:

  • Relevant education in a technical or economic field

  • Initial experience in a similar position (e.g. Customer Service, Sales Support, Operations Management)

  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel), knowledge of ERP system

  • Interest in architecture and design

  • Proactive personality able to work independently in a dynamic business
